This has always been great but the profanities do not go very well with my other career of training up childcare/kindergarten staff. Kind Snoop Dogg has helped me piece together my two passions through today’s Venn diagram. If you were unsure what circle time is, it’s a time during the morning and afternoon in childcare settings where all the children and staff come together and sing songs and share news such as birthdays and other events. Nurseries in the UK follow The Equality Act 2010, so are very inclusive and most do Makaton (a type of sign language for babies) during all the songs to support children with language development. You’d be surprised how much children can understand before they can actually talk so it is a great way of communicating with children pre-language.
